Remove a user’s access from the business account.

Description

Removes a user’s access from the Birdeye business account. This revokes the user’s ability to log in and access the account, but does not permanently delete their Birdeye account.

This removes the user’s access from the account — it does not permanently delete their Birdeye account. Confirm with the user before proceeding.

Parameters

Example Usage

Remove access for the departing employee [e-mail].

Delete user [e-mail] from the business account.

Notes

• Call get_business_info to retrieve the businessId if not already known.
• This action removes the user’s access to the account — their underlying Birdeye profile is not permanently deleted.
• Always confirm with the user before proceeding with a deletion.
